The Restaurant ``Badalucci, Taste of Art`` was born from the idea of renewing and remembering.
In the dishes the key word is ``to excite``. The Chef works incessantly to create new combinations and his staff works with attention to detail. From small gestures, such as the rinsing of water into glass pitchers hand-blown in Italy or the service of small welcome snacks, the goal is to pamper you.
The rooms have been designed down to the smallest detail to ensure that our guests feel at ease, in a sober and refined environment, the dishes follow the seasonality of the products; the very fresh fish from the Milan market is treated with cutting-edge techniques to guarantee the wholesomeness of the product, even to be eaten raw.
The meats used mostly come from the Swiss market and special attention is given to vegetarian and vegan dishes, never dull!
The well-stocked and constantly changing wine list provides a good selection of local Italian, French and world wines. The restaurant's exclusive events will focus on art and good food.
