The Chef, born in 1977, from a small island called Procida, takes his first steps at the restaurant Il Galeone where he acquires the love and passion for this work that led him from that small island to land in starred restaurants such as Le Calandre di Padova (3 Michelin stars) and the Gambero Rosso by Fulvio Pierangelini (2 Michelin stars), where he acquired techniques of respect for raw materials.
Thus begins his thirst to become independent and walk with his own steps, to be himself the Chef of important restaurants in the world. In Italy it will be appreciated by Italian and international food guides.
At the restaurant ``Amarcord`` in the Dominican Republic, he received 2 gold medals from the Italian Cooks Academy as ambassador of Italian signature cuisine abroad.
While working at the Hotel Cristallo Spa in Cortina d'Ampezzo (5-star luxury hotel) he was appreciated both by the Michelin Guide and by high-level food and wine journalists.
All journalists such as Paolo Marchi, Luigi Cremona, Paolo Massobrio and Luigi Mura were enthusiastic about the cuisine of Chef Badalucci, dedicating articles to him on Italian and foreign newspapers.
Finally, realizing that it was no longer enough to work as a kitchen manager, he decided with his partner to open a place that really represented him and the kitchen in his restaurant became the place to create his new recipes.
